SPAM, in an essence, is the use of fast and short messages that have no purpose. It stands for "Stupid Pointless Annoying Messages" and here are a few things to do to prevent it:

• Don't post a lot of links in the chat
• Keep calm and carry on
• Stay on topic
• Avoid advertising
